Established in 2017, LEAD provides leadership development experiences and creative approaches so that good people can work together to advance democracy and social justice. Our team conducts strategic activities that empower leaders of all ages through training, workshops, webinars, seminars and fellowships. We facilitate intergenerational exchanges that address crucial developments and events impacting communities.

LEAD provides unique access to thought leaders, elected officials, advocates and people working hard everyday to help their communities. Together, we explore historical and current trends in social justice, anticipate shifts, highlight best practices, and develop strategies for conquering ongoing challenges.

We as a nation have overcome many obstacles on the journey to achieve a more perfect democratic union that offers liberty and justice for all. Tremendous progress has been realized, and yet so much more work lays ahead. Advancing Democracy requires diversity, equity and inclusion. We are helping to shift culture and improve policy so this nation can earn the true meaning of its creed: All People Are Created Equal!
